Some plans allow for what is called "out-of-network" benefits. Verify your specific plan to be sure.
If this is the option you would like, select "Wellness massage". You will pay that rate at the time of service and I will give you a form that you can submit to your insurance carrier for their contracted out-of-network reimbursement allowance which will be paid directly to you. In most cases you will still need a prescription from your doctor for massage therapy.
